Request
While we recommend submitting design requests for flyers and invitation cards at least 1 month before your event, we understand that sometimes you may need designs on shorter notice. If you have a last-minute design request, please contact us directly with your requirements and timeline. We will do our best to accommodate your needs deliver it within a shorter timeframe. There are no time restrictions for all other designs.

Delivery time

• Flyers, Banners, and Invitation Cards: We guarantee delivery within 1 week.

• All other designs: We strive to deliver within 1 to 2 weeks.

Examples

You will receive 2 (3 for logos) design examples in advance, each with a watermark for copyright protection. Once you have made your selection, the chosen design will be delivered without the watermark. In cases where an initial payment is required (see Payment section), the full amount must be settled before the watermark is removed.

Payment

To initiate the design process, full payment is required upfront. The total amount varies based on the type of product. In the event that you don't choose any of the 2 (3 for logos) design examples, a partial refund will be provided as follows:

Flyers, Banners, Loyalty Cards: €5 refund
Invitation Cards: €7,50 refund
Business Cards: €12,50 refund

Deposit of €50+21%VAT.
Logo Simple Design: €25 refund

Deposit of €75+21%VAT.
Logo Classic Design: €37,50 refund

Deposit of €100+21%VAT.
Logo Modern Design: €50 refund

Pay attention!

Please stay vigilant with your email as all communications will be sent electronically. After selecting a design, you will receive a payment deadline for the remaining amount. A reminder will be sent 1 day prior to the deadline. Failure to make the payment by the deadline without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of the money-back guarantee.
